Have Fed Up Employees Had It?
While the economy continues to struggle, unemployment has fallen for the fourth month in a row and most employees are glad to have a job. But, Irwin Kellner, Chief Economist for Marketwatch.com thinks that 2012 could be the year of pay back – employees are fed-up with months, even years, of workplace cuts and the work burnout of those left to carry the load. This has severely wounded the ability to motivate employees.
Kellner warns that if management doesn’t launch Incentives to retain worker and motivate workers..they will leave.
